Nurturing the Light
During the 2020 Election season, we became more convinced than ever of the need to keep centered and focused with our entire being. In what has continued to be a fractious, tumultuous climate, it is so easy to find ourselves pulled in multiple directions, splintered at the core of our being. Several of us have found spiritual sustenance and serenity through moments of silent meditation. We have added this page to make brief, guided meditations available to you. They will be left here for your continued use, and will be added to on a weekly basis. May this page serve to widen the boundaries of your heart and strengthen your calling as a compassionate, active citizen of humanity.
